Keep Shining — Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
Logging into Keep Shining constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not log in or use this application.
2. Account Credentials
Your account was created for you by an administrator of Big Diamond Polishing Co, the company that operates Keep Shining. You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and must not share your login with anyone else. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify your administrator immediately. Your administrator may deactivate your account and access to this application at any time.
3. Nature of the Relationship
This document does not define, and should not be read to define, the legal nature of your relationship with Big Diamond Polishing Co (including whether that relationship is one of employment or an independent contractor engagement). That relationship, if any, is established separately. This is a placeholder pending review of the actual business and legal facts, and should not be relied upon as a classification of your working relationship.
4. Data Collected
To operate Keep Shining, this application records: the times you accept, start, and complete a cleaning job; your availability status; and the contact information (name and phone number) provided when your account was set up. This information is used only to operate the dispatch system and is not sold to third parties.
5. Acceptable Use
Accept a job only if you intend to complete it. Mark a job complete only once the restroom has actually been cleaned — the next customer relies on this status being accurate. Misrepresenting job completion may result in deactivation of your account.
6. Termination
Your account and access to this application may be deactivated at any time, for any reason.
7. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use this application after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
